This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses freights.app. Violating this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.
You may not
- Send messages without the recipient's prior express consent where required by law (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CASL, A2P 10DLC, CTIA guidelines).
- Send marketing, political, adult, gambling, lending, or other restricted content over SMS via the Service.
- Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, malicious, deceptive, or that contains malware.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a carrier, shipper, or broker.
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, security controls, or workspace isolation.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without our written permission.
- Use the Service to store or transmit sensitive categories of data not intended for the platform (e.g., government IDs, medical records, payment card numbers).
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, our infrastructure, or other customers.
Reporting abuse
Report violations to abuse@freights.app. We investigate reports and may remove content, suspend accounts, or notify law enforcement when warranted.
